Wash cold with mild detergent and air dry flat. Avoid bleach, oxygen-based whitening agents and tumble drying.

How do I put the socks on?
Gather the fabric down to the heel, slip your foot in and position the heel. Then work the fabric gradually up your leg without pulling only on the top edge. Smooth out wrinkles and check that the band is not folded.
Should I wear them while sleeping?
No need. They are designed for daytime wear: put them on in the morning and take them off at night, before going to bed.
What should I consider before travelling?
Put them on before you leave and wear them for the whole journey, by plane, train or car: that is when your legs get heaviest, from sitting for hours. Check your size before the trip so you are comfortable from the very start.
Where can I check the compression level?
This model has 15-20 mmHg graduated compression: firmer at the ankle and gentler towards the calf. It is a level designed for everyday wear.
Are they right for me?
They are designed for everyday life: tired or heavy legs, long hours standing or sitting, long trips. 15-20 mmHg is a gentle level that you can wear all day without feeling squeezed. Just one precaution: if you have a diagnosed circulation problem or a wound on your leg, talk to your doctor first.
What if the fit feels uncomfortable?
Check that the heel is in the right place and that the fabric has no folds, and do not fold the top band. If they still do not fit well, email us at hello@bykima.com: we will exchange the size for free within 60 days.
How should I wash and dry them?
Wash inside out with mild detergent, cold or below 40 °C on a gentle cycle. Do not add bleach or fabric softener. Air dry, avoid tumble drying and always follow the label instructions.
