RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS POLICY

At KIMA, your satisfaction is our priority. You have 60 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

60-DAY SIZE EXCHANGE

If the size does not fit, you have 60 days from receiving your order to exchange it. Email hello@bykima.com with your order number and the size you need. We will send you a prepaid return label: you send the garment back and, as soon as we receive it, we send you the new size at no extra cost.

Size exchanges are subject to the general conditions below.

✓ FREE RETURNS
Return shipping is free. Once your request is accepted, we will send you instructions and a prepaid return label.

✓ EXCHANGES ACCEPTED
You can request an exchange within 60 days of receiving your order. The item must meet the conditions below.

✓ SIMPLE PROCESS
1. Email hello@bykima.com with your order number and tell us whether you would like a refund or exchange.
2. We will usually send the instructions and prepaid return label within 24 business hours.
3. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your exchange or refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank.

CONDITIONS
• The item must be returned unused, in its original condition and with its packaging intact.
• If your product arrived defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us and include photos so we can resolve the issue.
• Personalized items or items marked as final sale cannot be returned, except when defective or where applicable law provides otherwise.

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

This policy is a commercial commitment from KIMA. It adds to the rights your country's law gives you as a consumer and does not replace or limit them. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, and you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity. In other countries, you keep the cancellation and warranty rights your law gives you.

Please do not send any item without our instructions: our registered address does not accept returns. We always tell you by email how and where to send it back.
