TERMS OF SERVICE
Welcome to KIMA. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. We have written them clearly and honestly because we believe in complete transparency with our customers. Please read them carefully before ordering.
1. Using the store
By accepting these terms, you confirm that you are of legal age where you live. You may not use our products or the website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. KIMA sells online only.
2. Our products
Every KIMA sock is designed to give you comfort and compression. We make every effort to display colors and textures as accurately as possible, although slight differences may occur depending on your device screen.
Our compression socks and garments are clothing. They are not a medical device and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing we publish is medical advice. If you have an arterial circulation problem, diabetes, a wound or a skin condition on your legs, if you are pregnant, or if you have any doubt about your health, consult a healthcare professional before using them.
3. Prices and payments
Prices are shown in the currency of your market and may change without notice. The total to pay, including applicable taxes and shipping, is shown at checkout before you confirm your order, together with the available payment methods. Your payments are processed securely, with SSL encryption, through the store's payment providers; we never store your full card details.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in the event of a pricing error or suspected fraud. If you have already paid, we refund the full amount.
4. Offers and discounts
Our multi-buy offers and other discounts are applied automatically at checkout while available. They cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Order confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email immediately after your purchase. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder or email us at hello@bykima.com.
6. Changes or cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@bykima.com. We will do our best to help before your order ships.
7. Shipping, exchanges, returns and refunds
Shipping is governed by our shipping policy, and exchanges, returns and refunds by our returns policy. In short: shipping is free on every order, and you have 60 days from receiving your order to request a return or an exchange, with a prepaid return label.
8. Your legal rights
Our policies are a commercial commitment from KIMA: they add to the rights your country's law gives you as a consumer and do not replace or limit them. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, and you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity. In other countries, you keep the cancellation and warranty rights your law gives you. To exercise them, email us at hello@bykima.com with your order number.
9. Accuracy of information
We may correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions and update the information on the website at any time without prior notice.
10. Comments and reviews
By sending us a review or comment, you give us the right to use, reproduce and publish it. You agree that what you send will not be unlawful, offensive or misleading.
11. Personal information
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KIMA shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or the website, and our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product concerned. This limitation does not affect the mandatory rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (United States), without regard to its conflict of law rules. This does not take away any of your rights: if the consumer protection laws of the country where you live give you rights that cannot be waived, you keep them in full.

We may update these terms by posting the changes on this page. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version. Your order is governed by the terms in force at the time of purchase.
