How do I put the socks on?
Gather the fabric down to the heel, slip your foot in and position the heel. Then work the fabric gradually up your leg without pulling only on the top edge. Smooth out wrinkles and check that the band is not folded.
Should I wear them while sleeping?
Follow the instructions of your healthcare professional. If you need compression for a medical condition, do not extend wear time or sleep in them on your own initiative.
What should I consider before travelling?
Check the size and try them on before leaving. Ask a healthcare professional whether you need compression during your journey and which level to choose, especially if you have a history of circulation problems.
